When MOMENTOUS was invited by a trusted hotel partner to produce the 2026 Colas USA Leadership Conference, we created an experience as dynamic as the brand itself. In January 2026, 250 leaders gathered at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa for a program designed to celebrate achievements and strengthen connection. Seamless logistics, impactful general sessions, and curated offsite adventures — from hikes and bike rides to golf cart polo and a celebrity homes tour — delivered both inspiration and a strong sense of place. Evenings at the Grove defined the experience. “ColaChella” brought high-energy festival vibes, followed by a Rat Pack–inspired celebration featuring vintage flair and live music by the Martini Kings. The result: a polished, high-impact conference that left Colas USA leaders connected, celebrated, and inspired.
