MOMENTOUS was proud to again collaborate with Old Town Artisan Studios to bring the vibrant Color the World Gala to life—an evening celebrating creativity, community, and the power of the arts. The night began on the OTAS campus with an immersive welcome reception, before seamlessly transitioning more than 300 guests across the street to the iconic Lavender Bistro. There, we transformed the celebrated outdoor venue into a stunning setting for dinner and awards under the desert sky. Our team led all aspects of the experience, including event narrative, guest flow and transition logistics, environmental and décor design, fundraising advisory, media buys, entertainment programming, technical production, and full show direction—ensuring a seamless and elevated evening from start to finish. The result was a dynamic, multi-location gala that beautifully brought the spirit of “Color the World” to life.
