MOMENTOUS partnered with developer The Meriwether Companies to transform the future site of Coral Mountain in La Quinta into a fully immersive, on-site lifestyle experience—bringing the vision of this new desert community to life before a single home was built. Designed in lieu of a traditional sales center, the experience invited prospective buyers directly onto the land, where sweeping mountain vistas and the natural beauty of the desert became the centerpiece of the story. Through a thoughtfully curated, highly branded installation, guests were immersed in the Coral Mountain lifestyle in dynamic yet relaxed ways. The environment featured experiential touchpoints including a driving range, communal fire pit, and custom Airstream lounge—each element designed to reflect the community’s elevated, effortless approach to desert living. This experience-driven approach empowered sales leadership to connect emotionally with buyers, allowing them to envision life at Coral Mountain while standing at its future doorstep.
