MOMENTOUS was proud to once again collaborate with The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens to bring their celebrated Zoobilee Gala to life. Set beneath the desert sky in a spectacular 8,000-square-foot clear pavilion, the 2026 theme, Blooming in the Desert, created a vibrant and elegant environment that brought together the organization’s most dedicated supporters in celebration of its mission of wildlife conservation, education, and desert preservation. Our team delivered a full spectrum of strategic event services, including brand identity and collateral design, advanced site logistics and infrastructure planning, immersive environmental and décor design, dynamic entertainment programming, full pre-production and content development, advanced technical production, run-of-show development and show direction, and comprehensive event management.

MOMENTOUS also oversaw staffing, and parking coordination, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through the evening’s final moments.
