MOMENTOUS had the great pleasure of working with the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center to produce their VIP Sponsor Dinner following a sold out performance of their annual benefit show, One Night Only produced by Michael Childers. MOMENTOUS designed and staged this dinner reception for 500 guests in an 18,000sf, outdoor parking lot bay that allowed guests to move seamlessly from the theatre to the reception. Strategic event services included advanced site logistics, décor and design, technical production, extensive staffing, security and parking plans as well as overall event management and production of the event
